CONFLICT MOVEMENTS

WHAT'S ABOUT

This workshop is divided into two parts. In the first part we focus on movement research and floor technique to help dancers understand the concept of how to enter and exit it effectively, as well as to progress in quality avoiding known patterns.

In the next part we delve into the creative part in the question, the state and knowing what to do on stage.

FLOORWORK

This section focuses on the primary use of spirals and quick transitions to challenge coordination, stamina, and speed.

In the development of the phrases, capoeira acrobatics are also used to raise the degree of difficulty, risk and fun.

These elements will merge into a practice focused on grounding, efficiency, fluidity, and connection through space on and off the ground.

IMPROVISATION

We explore basing ourselves on the dramaturgy of movement to compose when we dance, in improvisational formats with creative tasks. We insist on rhythm as a masterful concept to understand that our dance can have a wide range of possibilities and colors.

We join this part with instantaneous creation, where the question enters in our dance to know what we do and why we do it in order to tell something.

As artists we are very interested above all in the story and what you want to explore and tell.

DRAMATURGY

We unite this part with the theatrical dramaturgy, where questions get in the dance to know what we do and why we do it when talking to the body. We are interested above all in the history and needs of the artist on stage.
